We’ve heard about various ‘bubbles’ and how allowing them to happen can have disastrous consequences.
The tech bubble and the housing bubble are a couple examples.
Now, the biggest bubble of all, with the most at stake: the US Bubble aka the Obama Bubble.
In the next year the federal government has $2.3 trillion to spend. It is BORROWING another $1.3 trillion so it can spend a total of $3.6 trillion.
Deficit spending of 50 PERCENT is unsustainable, yet this is a rosy projection given unrealistic estimates by the Obama administration of future revenue.
Basically, this is a spending bubble that will ultimately have to collapse with dire consequences for our country.
