The fact that she is blonde isn't important really. If nothing else, it's an example of what many in the west don't know about Iran. If it's a dye job, then that too should be understood about Iranians. They're more cosmopolitan than their western counterparts really. How many girls in the U.S. are looking risque yet risking jail or death? These women in Iran are real women. I think the image captures perfectly the anger of Iranians. Iranians on average tend to have either brown or black hair, but blonde hair is still noticeable, especially among the young children.
