Funny story on the wires today about Swiss soldiers getting lost overnight and actually ending up a mile inside Liechtenstein. Apparently, Liechtenstein has a population of 34,000 and no army to defend itself.
I was surprised to learn that the Swiss have an army. With the country’s famous position of neutrality I assumed not needing an army came along with it. Maybe they are only used to guard the secret Swiss bank accounts.
